Dennis, “DMac”, started his firefighting career on September 4, 1980 with the Nesquehoning Hose Co. No. 1 and Nesquehoning Ambulance Corp. He then joined the United States Air Force where he served our country on active duty for 21 and a half years. Wherever he was stationed, Dennis continued to serve his local community as a volunteer and paid firefighter. After retiring from the military in 2005, Dennis, his wife Karen and daughter Kelsey relocated back to Pennsylvania as Dennis started his second life as the District Safety Coordinator for PennDOT Engineering District 5-0. Go Irish!
