JOSH GORR |
CAPTAIN |
JOINED IN 1996 |
I joined Trexlertown Fire Company on the day I turned 16, in 1996. I have served in the role of Firefighter, Captain and Assistant Chief through my years. While a member I have worked through my EMT certification to becoming a Paramedic in 2003 where I worked locally full time as a paramedic. I then moved to Colorado where I became a Department of Defense Firefighter/Paramedic. I have been serving with the DOD since November of 2009. Currently work at the United States Naval Academy in that role. I also work part time for Lehigh Valley International Airport as a Firefighter. I decided to return to the fire service in Upper Macungie Township and lived in the first due of Fogelsville and was running with them since the beginning of 2019 prior to coming back home to Trexlertown. In 2021 I was placed in the role as Captain 2504.
